Jumpnastics Winter Term 2025
Hold your handstand. Jump rope for 30 seconds. Master that backbend, or handspring! We offer jump rope, acrobatics and gymnastics athletics programs for kids, teens, and adults with our new program, Jumpnastics.
Our Winter sessions are as follows:
Jump Rope: Tuesdays OR Thursdays at 4:30-5:30PM
Jump Rope is an opportunity to learn new skills with a single rope! Participants can be complete beginners or have some experience already! The program helps enhance participants’ footwork, endurance, agility, and more, no matter their level! The sport of jump rope is a great source to help hand-eye coordination fine-tune motor skills and is FUN!
Tadpoles Toddler Jump Rope (4 – 6 years) – Thursdays at 4:30-5:30PM
Jump Rope is an opportunity to learn new skills with a single rope! Designed for our smaller jumpers. Participants have to be able to jump with two (2) feet off the ground at a time. The program helps enhance participants’ coordination, balance, and more, no matter their level! The sport of jump rope is a great source to help hand-eye coordination fine-tune motor skills and is FUN!
Cubs Toddler Tumbling: (Walking – 4 years) – Saturdays at 10:15-11AM
A fun, guided way to discover movement & acrobatics. Cub Toddler Tumbling 1 sessions are designed for our youngest students. Every student needs to have an adult present who stays engaged with their child throughout the session. Our trained staff introduces children to basic tumbling skills while developing motor skills, strength, balance, and flexibility. Over, under, forward, and back; there’s an adventure in every session!
Cubs Youth Tumbling: (5 years – 12 years) – Saturdays at 11:15AM-12PM
Cub Youth Tumbling sessions offer a fun, and engaging entry-level session designed for young children to explore the world of acrobatic athletics. This class focuses on developing foundational skills on the beam, bars, and floor while enhancing strength, flexibility, body awareness, and confidence. Participants will engage in guided activities that promote motor skills, balance, and musicality, all within a joyful and creative environment. Please note that students must be able to separate from parents for the duration of this class.
Adult Jump Rope/Tumbling: (18 years +) – Wednesdays at 6:30-7:30PM
Want to go back to the good days where your knees, back and hips didn’t matter? Adult Jump Rope/Tumbling is an entry level, fun, alternative way for adults to get some low impact exercise that will leave you smiling! Learn body movements, beginner jump rope and tumbling skills with stretching included. Yes, there will be Double Dutch. We know you’re grown, we’ll treat you right! NO EXPERIENCE or ice packs needed. Grab a friend, partner, cousin and enjoy the fun together!

Refund policy
Once payment is made, we do not provide refunds unless a medical challenge arises or unforeseen circumstances ex. Covid, Death… Jumpnastics will also provide a credit to the next term if sessions are cancelled on our behalf due to unforeseen circumstances.

Organizer Description
Sionna "Coach Si" Barton is the head coach of Bermuda Jump Rope Federation as well as the owner and head coach of Jump 2B Fit. Coach Si has been highlighting the awesome sport of jump rope and its benefits for all in Bermuda by growing the sport in schools and throughout the community. For the last decade, Coach Si has coached both children and adults alike and mentored some of the best talent in this community. Coach Si then expanded to include acrobatics and gymnastics to promote a non-traditional way of exercising by creating her new program, Jumpnastics. With her background in gymnastics, Coach Si offers jump rope, acrobatics, and gymnastics athletic programs for toddlers, kids, teens and adults.
