Do you plan on having multiple camps, hobbies, and events for the year?  Save by paying for our annual package Web Only package and get the ability to post up to 12 events (camps, hobbies, events, etc.).  Each event will be listed on the site for 3 months/120 days.

  • You can receive payment upfront from parents for your event
  • Access to view a list of kids who sign up and pay
  • It takes the administration burden away of constantly checking bank accounts and emails to see who paid
  • It eliminates sending extra emails with information because you can add as much information as you would like to the website
  • See how many views your event listing gets
Things you need to know:
  • Website Packages:
    • You don’t have to sell tickets to list events/services on the website.
    • Please keep in mind that the Web Packages allow you to set up all information about your event or service through the website on your own.  If you require assistance, we can set up the website on your behalf for a flat rate fee of $30.
    • When selling tickets:
      • We charge a $3 processing fee to clients per ticket.
      • Any Banking fees or refunds that occur from selling tickets on our website will be deducted from the tickets sold (fees and an example of how it works are attached to this email)
      • All clients who would like refunds for your service will have to contact the camp director directly (We do not deal with refunds)
      • We require three working days to transfer funds after the event or ticket is closed on our website.
      • You have access to a private login to see who signs up/ purchases tickets.
