JAG Athletics Winter 2024 Term
Hold your handstand. Jump rope for 30 seconds. Master that backbend, or handspring! We offer jump rope, acrobatics and gymnastics athletics programs for kids, teens, and adults.
Our Winter sessions are as follows:
Tumbling Fundamentals: (5 years – 12 years) – Wednesdays at 5:30-6:30PM AT DELLWOOD (TF2) OR Saturdays at 12-1PM AT VICTOR SCOTT (TF1)
JAG Tumbling Fundamentals is an entry-level tumbling session focused on cultivating knowledge of the beam, bars & floor. Participants will enhance their strength, flexibility, body awareness, and confidence.
Jump Rope: Tuesdays at 4:30-5:30PM (JR1) OR Thursdays at4:30-5:30PM (JR2)
Jump Rope is an opportunity to learn new skills with a single rope! Participants can be complete beginners or have some experience already! The program helps enhance participants’ footwork, endurance, agility, and more, no matter their level! The sport of jump rope is a great source to help hand-eye coordination fine-tune motor skills and is FUN!
Tadpoles Jump Rope: (3 – 5 years) Thursdays at 4:30-5:30PM
Start them young! Greatly enhance hand-eye coordination, rhythm, balance and cross lateral understanding, all with a SINGLE jump rope. Age appropriate games, drills and skill building to engage the youngest of jumpers.
Cubs Toddler Tumbling 1: (18 months – 3 years) – Saturdays at 10:15-11AM AT VICTOR SCOTT
A fun, guided way to discover movement & acrobatics. Cub Toddler Tumbling 1 sessions are designed for our youngest students. Every student needs to have an adult present who stays engaged with their child throughout the session. Our trained staff introduces children to basic tumbling skills while developing motor skills, strength, balance, and flexibility. Over, under, forward, and back; there’s an adventure in every session!
Cubs Toddler Tumbling 2: (4 years – 6 years) – Saturdays at 11AM-12PM AT VICTOR SCOTT
Cub Toddler Tumbling 2 sessions offer a fun, guided way to discover acrobatic athletics. Our trained coaches introduce children to basic athletic skills while developing motor skills, strength, balance, and flexibility. We also explore musicality, creativity, and joy in movement while developing social skills such as taking turns and following directions. Students must be able to separate from parents for the duration of this class. If you are interested in a joint participation class, consider our Cub Toddler Tumbling 2 sessions!
Adult Jump Rope/Tumbling: (18 years +) – Wednesdays at 6:00-7:00PM
Want to go back to the good days where your knees, back and hips didn’t matter? Adult Jump Rope/Tumbling is an entry level, fun, alternative way for adults to get some low impact exercise that will leave you smiling! Learn body movements, beginner jump rope and tumbling skills with stretching included. Yes, there will be Double Dutch. We know you’re grown, we’ll treat you right! NO EXPERIENCE or ice packs needed. Grab a friend, partner, cousin and enjoy the fun together!

Refund policy
Once payment is made, we do not provide refunds unless a medical challenge arises or unforeseen circumstances ex. Covid, Death…JAG Athletics will also provide a credit to the next term if sessions are cancelled on our behalf due to rain or unforeseen circumstances.

Organizer Description
Sionna "Coach Si" Barton is the head coach of Bermuda Jump Rope Federation as well as the owner and head coach of JAG Athletics. Coach Si has been highlighting the awesome sport of jump rope and its benefits for all in Bermuda by growing the sport in schools and throughout the community. For the last decade, Coach Si has coached both children and adults alike and mentored some of the best talent in this community. Coach Si then expanded into JAG Athletics. JAG Athletics was created during covid as a non-traditional way of exercising. JAG stand for Jump rope, Acrobatics, Gymnastics. With her background in gymnastics, Coach Si also offers jump rope, acro, and gymnastics athletics programs for toddlers, kids, teens and adults.
