BDA Sports and Activities Camp offers a variety of both, individual and team sports and games for the young enthusiast, with our focus, on having fun and promoting good sportsmanship amongst their peers!

We offer weekly activities/outing as we look to explore the island along our journey to having another fantastic summer!

 

Our counsellors are CPR/First Aid certified and also have received their SCARS and SunSmart training!

Organizer Description

Da-Von Wade is currently a P.E teacher at Somersfield Academy. He has enjoyed 23 years of teaching and possess several certifications which include a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education from Kean University, NJ. He enjoys teaching and love sports! When offering these camps, it helps to build relationships with our youth and helps him to better understand them in a less structured environment!

 

Sionna "Coach Si" Barton is the head coach of Bermuda Jump Rope Federation as well as the owner and head coach of Jump 2B Fit. Coach Si has been highlighting the awesome sport of jump rope and its benefits for all in Bermuda by growing the sport in schools and throughout the community. For the last decade, Coach Si has coached both children and adults alike and mentored some of the best talent in this community. Coach Si then expanded Jump 2B Fit to include acrobatics and gymnastics to promote a non-traditional way of exercising. With her background in gymnastics, Coach Si also offers jump rope, acro, and gymnastics athletics programs for toddlers, kids, teens and adults.
