My name is Lorena Richards and I will be running Camp Explorers. This summer I plan to have a group of 5 – 11 year olds and we will be exploring Bermuda through field trips, crafts and I would also like to introduce the group to different hobbies / sports each week. My goal is to show students amazing areas of Bermuda while encouraging them to become photographers by capturing photos of things they find amusing, becoming artist by creating keepsake Bermuda and summer crafts and also enhancing drawing skills. I am also excited to introduce the group to new hobbies and sports for them to experience. I really just want the group to experience some things they have never seen or had a chance to experience before. I love to see excitement and amazement on the students faces. I want to give them a summer to remember! Camp Fee include field trip cost, transportation and pizza lunch

My name is Lorena Richards. I have been an Early Childhood Educator for 13 years! Teaching is my absolute passion! I love to see children learning and growing with excitement and happiness. I love to create fun, engaging lessons that give the children real life experiences and knowledge. My goal in every child is to help them grow into independent lifelong learners. I aim to create activities that the children will learn something new with and excitedly want to show others and continue to use their new skills.
