JAG Athletics Spring Term Early Registration
Hold your handstand. Jump rope for 30 seconds. Master that backbend, or handspring! We offer jump rope, acrobatics and gymnastics athletics programs for kids, teens, and adults.
Our sessions are as follows:
Cubs 1– (18 months to 3 years) – Sessions are Saturdays at 10:15am-11:00am
A fun, guided way to discover movement & acrobatics. Cub 1 sessions are designed for our youngest students. Every student needs to have an adult present who stays engaged with their child throughout the session. Our trained staff introduces children to basic tumbling skills while developing motor skills, strength, balance, and flexibility. Over, under, forward, and back; there’s an adventure in every session!
Cubs 2– (4 years to 6 years) – Sessions Saturdays at 11-12
Cub 2 sessions offer a fun, guided way to discover acrobatic athletics. Our trained coaches introduce children to basic athletic skills while developing motor skills, strength, balance, and flexibility. We also explore musicality, creativity, and joy in movement while developing social skills such as taking turns and following directions. Students must be able to separate from parents for the duration of this class. If you are interested in a joint participation class, consider our Cub 2 sessions!
Jump Rope 1 & 2– (6 years to 17 years) – Sessions Tuesdays (JR1) OR Thursdays (JR2) at 4:30-5:30pm
Jump Rope 1 & 2 is an opportunity to learn new skills with a single rope! Participants can be complete beginners or have some experience already! The program helps enhance participants’ footwork, endurance, agility, and more, no matter their level! The sport of jump rope is a great source to help hand-eye coordination fine-tune motor skills and is FUN
Tumbling Fundamentals 1– (5 years to 12 years) – Sessions Mondays 5:45-6:45pm & Saturdays 12pm-1pm
JAG Tumbling Fundamentals 1 is an entry-level tumbling session focused on cultivating knowledge of the beam, bars & floor. Participants will enhance their strength, flexibility, body awareness, and confidence.
Adult Tumbling– (18 years +) – Sessions Saturdays at 1pm-2pm
We know you’re grown, we’ll treat you right! Body movements, stretching and beginner level tumbling for those that feel their knees, hips and back. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
Adult Jump Rope– (18 years +) – Sessions Wednesdays at 6:30pm
Adult Jump Rope is a fun opportunity for adults to get some low impact exercising in that will leave you sweating and smiling! Sessions consist of a warm up, and breakdown teaching of beginner skills that you will enjoy. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.

Refund policy
Once payment is made, we do not provide refunds unless a medical challenge arises or unforeseen circumstances ex. Covid, Death…JAG Athletics will also provide a credit to the next term if sessions are cancelled on our behalf due to rain or unforeseen circumstances.

Organizer Description
Sionna "Coach Si" Barton is the head coach of Bermuda Jump Rope Federation as well as the owner and head coach of JAG Athletics. Coach Si has been highlighting the awesome sport of jump rope and its benefits for all in Bermuda by growing the sport in schools and throughout the community. For the last decade, Coach Si has coached both children and adults alike and mentored some of the best talent in this community. Coach Si then expanded into JAG Athletics. JAG Athletics was created during covid as a non-traditional way of exercising. JAG stand for Jump rope, Acrobatics, Gymnastics. With her background in gymnastics, Coach Si also offers jump rope, acro, and gymnastics athletics programs for toddlers, kids, teens and adults.
