Our Spring sessions are as follows:
Jump Rope – Tuesdays OR Thursdays at 4:30-5:30PM
Dive into the exhilarating world of Jump Rope, where a single rope unlocks a treasure trove of skills! Whether you’re a curious beginner or have some experience under your belt, this program welcomes all. Get ready to elevate your footwork, boost your endurance, and sharpen your agility, regardless of your starting point! Beginner Jumpnastics: Saturdays at 10-11AM

Adult Jump Rope: Saturdays at 11AM-12PM

We know you’re grown, we got you, and this isn’t just about nostalgia—it’s a chance to reignite your energy and strength. Imagine the thrill of movement as you jump back to the days where your knees, hips, and back didn’t bother you. Our expert instructors will guide you through a series of fun, dynamic routines that cater to all skill levels, ensuring you build strength, improve coordination, and elevate your heart rate—all while having a blast!
Drop-in sessions are available, cash payment only.

Once payment is made, we do not provide refunds unless a medical challenge or unforeseen circumstances arises, ex: COVID or death. Jumpnastics will also reschedule sessions or provide a credit towards next term if sessions are cancelled on behalf of the staff.

Organizer Description
Sionna "Coach Si" Barton is the head coach of the Bermuda Jump Rope Federation as well as the owner and head coach of Jumpnastics. Coach Si has been highlighting the awesome sport of jump rope and it's benefits for all in Bermuda by growing the sport in schools and throughout the community. For the last decade, Coach Si has coached both children and adults alike and mentored some of the best talent in this community. Coach Si then expanded to include acrobatics and gymnastics to promote a non-traditional way of exercising by creating her new program, Jumpnastics. With her background in gymnastics, Coach Si offers jump rope, acrobatics, and gymnastics athletic programs for toddlers, kids, teens and adults.
