This summer, Target Learning will be offering in-person and online academic programs for students of all ages.  Our programs help reduce summer learning loss, fill in gaps and boost academic knowledge and skills in English and Mathematics.  We also offer a course to help students organize their papers, space and time so they can start the new school year off on the right foot.

Organizer Description

Keisha Allen-Smith is the Director of Staff Development and Instruction at The Berkeley Institute.  She is also the Chief Education Officer of Target Learning and Love and Light Empowerment.  Her businesses offer academic coaching services in Mathematics and English Language Arts for students of all ages as well as personal and professional development workshops and coaching sessions. Her services are available to corporate clients, groups and individuals and they are offered virtually or in person.  She was born and raised on the island of Bermuda and has delivered workshops to local and international audiences.  These workshop topics include: Understanding the Impact of Trauma and Stress, Mindfulness, Growth Mindset, Self-Care and Balancing Work, Life and Home.
Keisha is the proud author of 77 Ways to Reduce Stress and Energize Your Life.  This energy guide helps people choose healthy habits and it includes a 52 week habit tracker to support the wellness journey.  She is passionate about empowering people to manage stress, increase their energy levels and improve their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.  In her spare time she loves to learn, walk, swim, do yoga, connect with nature and spend time with her family.
