Jump Rope- Sessions Wednesdays at 4:30-5:30
Jump Rope sessions are an opportunity to learn new skills with a single rope! Participants can be complete beginners or have some experience already! The program helps enhance participants’ footwork, endurance, agility, and more, no matter their level! The sport of jump rope is a great source to help hand-eye coordination, fine-tune motor skills and is FUN.
