Description
Tumbling Fundamentals 2 Further develop skills across the disciplines of gymnastics ( floor, beam, bars and vault). Further enhance body awareness and endurance work on handsprings, aerials, tucks, and more.
Pre-requisites:
5-second handstand off wall
Ability to do a walkover (forward and/or backward)
Confidence in cartwheels & round-off’s
Sessions are Saturdays at 1:00pm. Central location TBA
