How the Plan Works
Payment:
- This is a 3-month package billed upfront at the time of purchase
- Payment covers the full 3-month promotion period
Submission Requirements:
- All materials (flyers, descriptions, social media handles, etc.) must be submitted by Wednesday of the preceding week to be included in scheduled promotions
- If required information is not submitted, the service cannot be delivered, and that month’s post/listing will be considered used
Website Listing Management:
- Bermuda Youth will complete the initial setup of your listing
- After setup, you can log in and make updates at any time
Payments & Fund Transfers: (Optional)
This section applies only if you choose to sell tickets through BermudaYouth.com. You may skip this if you do not intend to use ticket sales on the platform.
- Fund transfers can be scheduled for a specific date upon request
- Please indicate whether you would like funds transferred after ticket sales close or after your event
- Standard transfers are processed within 3 business days after your event or ticket sales close
- One transfer per month is included; additional transfers will incur a $50 service fee per transfer
Important Information Before Signing Up
- A $3 processing fee applies to all tickets sold through the platform
- You must display your own refund policy (Bermuda Youth does not issue refunds)
- Banking fees will be deducted from your revenue [Learn more about banking fees here.]
- Any outstanding balances or service fees will be deducted from payouts
- No refunds are provided after purchase of this package
